C Beagle - Receivers - R109
Here we have the R109 receiver used by Allied forces during WW2, the receiver is in good overall condition for its age, we have returned the receiver to an operational state but it still requires some attention to complete its restoration. The case has been re-sprayed in an incorrect colour (see picture) but is in good straight order, the internal diagram in the case is correct and in very good condition.
The sets front panel requires a couple of fixings to complete, but there is no drilling to the front panel so it is as original condition, with a complete pocket watch holder.
Internally all the important components are present, as usual the spare valves tray is missing from the set, but this is normal (probably sat in someone's workshop somewhere), it is not required for the set to function. All the internal metal work is straight and in a very good clean condition.
